NetBSD dmesg.boot from NetBSD after disabling Intel VMD Controller

This is a copy of a NetBSD dmesg.boot after disabling the
Intel VMD Controller. NetBSD saw and would read/write to both
nvme ssd's. WiFi and Graphics supported.
