UBUNTU dmesg.boot prior to disabling Intel VMD Controller

This is a copy of dmesg.boot from an Ubuntu Live/Install
(6.3.x kernel) prior to discovering that nobody but Windows (11)
supports it. So nvme ssd's weren't discovered.
