Unfortunately due to this as well as a massive UFS bug that no one was willing
to resolve (resulted in 90TB of corrupt data for us), I have completely stopped
using FreeBSD and moved on to other OS'.  I expect this is still an issue as no
one seemed to be working on it but I have no way to validate it any longer.
