There was a whole series of commits to devinfo libxo-ifying it, but they're
full of bugs (and the "structured" output it produces doesn't make much sense
anyway) and unfortunately this was only caught within days of the 15.0 release.
It should just be rolled back to the version in
9fab5bbc38b7efc7c3361b4a33c89cdf98f4e2de.

If important tools exist in the wild that parse the output then this likely
warrants an EN.
