[Bug 291519] Suggest update to the termcap database/ghostty

Ok. While preparing the diff I noticed that putting it in the right format with
`tic -C` all additional capabilities are dropped and I would end up with the
exact same entry that is already there.

Now I am wondering what is the right thing to do, here?

As mentioned before if FreeBSD wouldn't ship with th xterm-ghostty entry my
Ghostty would have installed a full-featured entry in ~/.terminfo giving me
colors. With the entry installed in the system we get no colors :-( Could
someone please educate me on this and tell me what is the right thing to do
here?
