1. Attempting to upgrade from 14.3 to 15.0

After running freebsd-update -r 15.0-RELEASE upgrade and freebsd-update
install, another error occurred and I could not proceed further.

ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libsys.so.7" not found, required by "libc.so.7"


2. Fresh installation of 15.0-RELEASE

This works fine without any errors.
