Thank you. I'll work on it. make buildworld takes some time. 

In terms of formatting, I did install the emacs plugin, but the new style is
very different from the existing source file. The fix is minor in scope so I
guess I'll stick to the existing formatting.

Once the patch is accepted I will of course open the same for NetBSD. 

Thank you for the tip with bricoler, I was unaware of that.
