After posting this ticket I did a little more research and found a few more
reports of the same exact issue, but sadly no resolution. I believe this is
possibly being caused by these Intel adapters:

The adapters are used for IPMI so cannot be disabled in BIOS (just learned that
the hard way, this is a remote server).

Like I said, memory usage is pretty low at the time of the freeze. This last
time it was only 57%. You can see in the ticket that ARC was using only 41G.
