[Bug 260875] Consider defining TERM in share/skel/dot.cshrc so that ee will not initially fail with /bin/csh in single user mode

Note, I don't know whether that's the way to go. Back in January 2022 I was
probably pulling rabbits out of a hat. I don't want to send devs on a wild
goose chase. 

The fact that I asked two questions at

tells me, now, that I had not seen the sh-specific part of
