In the last few weeks every time I shutdown my amd64 system the last thing
which flashes on the screen is a panic message (pic attached).  It does not
seem to cause any issues but still seems wrong.  This image was captured on:

# uname -a

# cd /usr/src; git status

The hardware is a Gigabyte x870 w/ 96G of memory and an AMD 9900x CPU.
