I don't expect a lot of issues, especially since OpenBSD made the
machine/stdarg.h -> sys/stdarg.h transition in 2019/2020, but an exp-run seems
wise given the risk of configure fallout. There is also some chance FreeBSD
contains headers that depend on pollution in unexpected ways which will only
turn up in ports.
