I have a kernel as well running since the 29th and will wait another day or so
to test a restart to see what happens. I did indeed have a VM which panic'd so
no ipmi config there but it does call external programs. Whats odd is in the
field, I have a lot of low memory (8GB) edge devices running with telegraf and
14.2R-p# but I have not been able to reproduce them there. No ipmi on them, but
pretty typical otherwise.
