Just a quick update on this. I just restarted telegraf on my two test boxes -
telegraf had been running since 29 March - and no panics on either. Both are
running kernels with Gleb's patch.

One hunch I had on this is that it may have to do with some interaction with
ipmitool. I've never been able to reproduce this on a VM, and the only config
difference between this and real hardware is the inputs.ipmi_sensor input for
telegraf. I notice that Eero's config also has this input.

Since I can no longer reproduce, I'm happy to call this fixed, although it
would obviously be nice to have something definitive.
