In a jail which has a world with WITH_BIND_NOW, "su" doesn't work.

Booting a WITH_BIND_NOW world does not do anything useful (nearly nothing is
started and you need console access to fix it, remote access is not possible),
so if you install such a world into a VM I'm sure you can find plenty of stuff
directly on boot. My gut feeling is that (nearly) everything which is not
static breaks.
