[Bug 277192] halting kernel asks me to press a key after detaching keyboard device

We could perhaps do one of:

1) Do not detach any USB keyboards (and any hubs needed to reach them)
2) Change the message to "Please power off now. Any keystoke will reboot." 
3) As (2), but elide the keystroke message if no keyboards are still attached.
