I also have a couple of FreeBSD 13.2-RELEASE-p9 running servers with UEFI boot
and Dual Console (video & serial) that refuse to reboot.

Unless I have an IPMI Serial Console session active/connected. (HP DL380G9 and
Dell R730xd). A bit annoying...

It used to work, but I'm not sure if that was when using BIOS-boot, or just
using an older FreeBSD release (worked at FreeBSD 11.4 time, but I'm unsure
about FreeBSD 12...

It hangs at this point:
