initialize uninitialized variable

The calculation of output field width is done in pmc_width.  On my Ampere
system that function fails with errno=EINVAL.  The field width is an
uninitialized stack variable, which holds a very large value.  Initializing the
value to zero results in sane behavior.

The return value of pmc_width is explicitly ignored by pmcstat.
