I have an ASrock J3455M motherboard, it's old but the product page is still up
at https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/J3455M - and with stable/14 as of
ae0620c41f9 I can still observe symptoms as described in PR209821 and similar
bug reports.

I tried to rebase this patch to try it out, but solving merge conflicts
requires understanding the topic which is something I unfortunately can't
offer.
