buildworld + installworld log

When world is built with WITHOUT_OPENSSH= in SRCCONF, its installation breaks
on pam_ssh.so.6 with the following messages:

This worked perfectly fine on releng/13.1 and releng/12.x
Attaching full buildworld + installworld output (xz-compressed); without "make
clean" after discovering
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=271588, but it doesn't really
matter since the only change is commenting WITHOUT_MAN= in src.conf
