Hello,

When installing a 1Gbps SFP into the NIC, I see the following information in
dmesg.

bnxt1: Unhandled async completion type 4

I am unable to bring the interface up.

NOTES: 
1. This is a pfSense 2.7.0 install
2. Hardware is Dell PowerEdge R440
