Tiny, trivial patch to the Troff file

FILES section of the man page ports.7 only mentions locations of the
/usr/ports, and the big Kahuna /usr/ports/Mk/bsd.port.mk.

It shall also mention the default location of saved config storage:
/var/db/ports
