It is after new year and before my report:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=264305
and I do no see other relevant changes in this time frame.

I do not like DELAY() in intr handler code, probably this can break something
else.

I will test revert D34117 in near future.
