I'm in the same boat. Can't use wifi on FreeBSD on my ThinkPad T14.

On Linux it works since 5.15 kernel, I am dual-booting this laptop with Linux
Mint 21.1, it is supported there via iwlwifi.

I waited for 13.2 to see if there are any improvements but no luck so far.
Keeping my fingers crossed for 14.0.
