`drill` isn't able to use a link-local IPv6 (e.g. specified as fe80::abcd%re0)
nameserver specified in /etc/resolv.conf, but `ping` is able to resolve DNS
just fine.

in /etc/resolv.conf:
nameserver fe80::abcd%re0

$ drill google.ca
Error: error sending query: Error creating socket

$ ping google.ca
[...]
16 bytes from [...]
# indicating success

When switching the nameserver IP from a link-local to a global IPv6 on the same
interface, `drill` works just fine.
