I can't reproduce the issue on FreeBSD 13.1.
$ diff --text file2.txt file1.txt
46%

Given that the Archive contains MacOS Files and it has Ventura in its name: If
this is a bug on a Mac, this is the wrong place to report it. You have to
report it to Apple.
