Thank you both for the report. It's very nice when people narrow down the
reproduction scenario to this extent.

I've been able to reproduce the problem with a simple `ping6 -z 16` (i.e. set
lowdelay TOS). I currently have no idea why, but with a simple reproduction
case like this that's just a matter of time.
