The hang is in the call to comc_port->sio->SetAttributes in efiserialio.c. If I
comment it out I can get into the loader with the console set to comconsole.

I tried setting the receive fifo depth and timeout to be non-zero, but this
didn't fix the issue.

This would appear to be a bug in the Hyper-V UEFI implementation as the data
passed in looks valid.
