In my opinion, maintaining a complete list of the directories under /usr/src in
hier(7) is unproductive. It will always tend to be out of date or incomplete in
some way, for little gain. The source of truth for this layout information is
/usr/src/README.md; I think we should point readers there instead.

I note that the information is duplicated again in the Developer's Handbook
[1], and is differently outdated (stand/ is missing, at least). This further
illustrates the problem.

If folks find my take agreeable, I have the bandwidth and interest to take on
the task of removing this information from hier(7) and augmenting README.md as
necessary.
