I recently upgraded 12.3 -> 13.1, and the problem is still present. The
symptoms are same as before: screen does not turn on, power light keeps
blinking, I can hear fans start spinning after I open the lid. The only way out
is to turn the machine off by holding the power button.

In /var/log/messages, last log is acpi[60700]: suspend at 20220521 23:56:15.
Happened twice in less than a week, so the frequency may be a bit lower, but
can't really tell for sure.
