a possible patch

In bhnd_erom_iores_new(), the failure of malloc can cause a null
pointer dereference, fix it with a check.

Check the result of bhnd_erom_iores_new when it is called. If malloc
fails, bhnd_erom_iores_new returns null and the caller fails.
