Allan Jude noted my error, grepping sysctl -a with zfs_max_missing_tvds failed
to find vfs.zfs.max_missing_tvds.

So the option is indeed in FreeBSD 13, just not as described in man
zfs-module-parameters precisely.

Can we add a note at the bottom of the man page on FreeBSD with something
similar to "on FreeBSD zfs_ is vfs.zfs. in sysctl."?
