attempt to fix the problem

Please try this patch to kernel.

Looks like it is a conflict between switchtime/runtime reading in
kern_thread_cputime() and switchtime/runtime updating in statclock(). Fixing
statclock will be to expensive, so just make workaround in
kern_thread_cputime().
