I'm also affected by this and consider it to be a bug. A minimum MTU of 1280
should only apply to 6in4 and 6in6 gif tunnels. For 4in6 and 4in4, a lower MTU
should be allowed inside the tunnel.
Can we reopen this or should I create a new issue?
