After some hours running, unfortunately the problem fired again (programmed
50ms period, slept 100ms)

Could you please double check that the file I've just attached was patched
correctly?
After patching, I just copied (renaming) the GENERIC amd64 configuration, did a
'make buildkernel KERNELCONF=xxx', 'make installkernel KERNELCONF=xxx' and
rebooted. 

I'm relaunching the test pinning the all the threads to a cpu... let's see if
this helps.
