Thank you for the report and the screenshots.

I had the same problem some month ago (I forgot if on hardware or VM, similar
to your configuration), now it seems solved (probably by the commit you
pointed).

However, please could you reinstall avoiding "auto UFS"?, I re-had the problem
with the fetching some day ago, solved restarting the VM and with "Manual"
partitioning.
