"Jails don't need a lo(4) interface. They'll work just fine without it. But
keep in mind that there's no 127.0.0.1 to bind to, so you need to bind your
services to the jail's IP specifically."



Please!!! add this post to jail(8) and jail.conf(5) manual pages. I spent a
week to understand what is happened and to find this information.
