Another annoying behavior of vt newcons is that it pads the sections after the
last character of every line to the end of the screen line with spaces.

This makes necessary to manually clean up the paste result, removing that empty
whitespace, which can get quite a lot of work if there has been much stuff
being pasted.

So I'd highly appreciate if that could be fixed, so the behavior is similiar to
what one is used from x terminals and good old SC console.
