Summary: PCI "failed to allocate initial prefetch window" on
                    AMD Opteron
           Product: Base System
           Version: 13.1-STABLE
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New

Both of my HPE MicroServer Gen10 (Opteron X34xx) servers report "failed to
allocate initial prefetch window" for one of the PCI bridges during boot. This
does not prevent the attached device from working.

This message has been in my logs since December 2019 running an early version
of FreeBSD 13. I have not run FreeBSD 12 or 14 on these servers.
