Few questions:

1. What are the steps to reproduce the issue ?
2. Output of ./storcli64 /c0 show all. Please download storcli(management
utility for adapters managed by mrsas driver) from Broadcom Website.
3. Try with Broadcom released OOB driver. Download URL:
