Having looked at the 6300ESB datasheet, I believe that 0x25ab is a different
watchdog.  It has a sufficiently different interface too.

So, the summary is:
- ichwd cannot support the qemu emulated watchdog, because it's different
"hardware"
- FreeBSD currently does not have a driver that supports it
