Limit of 25400000, 24700 used, 5400 free. We also see 4 failed, which matches the failures you're seeing, but I'm not clear on why we'd get allocation failures when we're so far from the limit. That can happen if the constructor fails, but there's no constructor for pf table entries, so that's not it.=20 The only other reason I can see for it is that we're failing to find free memory to allocate from.
