PINETAB.patch

I was given this pinetab arm64 tablet at EuroBSDCon, after promising to work on
getting it supported by various BSD. I added u-boot support for it in bug
#298683. This PR adds the initial configuration, which is enough to boot a
FreeBSD kernel, with a serial console.
