Hi all, rtl8211f phy is a popular a gigabit ethernet phy used in arm sbcs it supports both rgmii and rgmii_id variants (full, tx, rx) when the gmac node uses it in rgmii mode and the gmac driver sets the tx/rx delays and it works when the gmac node declares the phy mode as rmgii-id it won't work because the phy code won't set the delays patch for rgephy to work in rgmii_id mode and rx/tx variants tested on radxa zero 3e in rgmii-id mode without the patch tx worked very bad (2mb/s) in 1000fdx (worked ok in 100fdx) forcing the gmac node to rgmii and using default delays worked without the patch patch is for 14.3-R but should work on newer versions too
