we can boot the Pi5 with a hacked u-boot version….
Mark received a binary from me a while ago…
The question is:
Does FreeBSD , represented by you, Warner, :-)
Wanz, that we do the same as those hackers from some linux-derivates :
„Attack" the u-boot bootloader for our purposes and build a new port of it ?
If we want we can do that by integrating/combining known working patches…

But without Warner&Colleagues to say what`s the way to go I don't do anything here anymore ;-)

Once again for a better understanding: nearly everything is completely patched for Pi4&5 in u-boot, just not officially.. 
Well, of course that doesn`t mean that RP1-chip is patched in fbsd-sources….that`s another thing..
