Thanks for your (very important) assessment.

I often talked to Mike here on the list and via email about the Pi4 stuff back then,
and was completely shocked and saddened when I heard what happened to Mike and Hans-Petter.

I didn't know Mike personally, but I assume he would have been happy if the Pi work had continued.

... However, it's none of my business what decisions FreeBSD makes. That's why I asked here before working on anything else, like U-Boot hacks for the Pi.

For now, I've only resolved one issue (NVMe boot on the CM4) with the user (Hugo K.) based on his request.

Until there is clear further interest from FreeBSD, I won't do anything further.
