This is with 14.3 (I had the same problem with 14.2). I just updated the 
bootloader and it now boots off the microSD slot.

There are still some errors that flash by too quickly to read.

If I try to boot 15 off USB2 then I get


XHCI timeout on event type 0

messages. My 15 install is a few weeks old.
