I've followed the procedure explained here :

Command Line

   1. Booted Android and installed the Terminal Emulator
   2. On Android, I have executed reboot loader.

The system rebooted but it didn't enter Upgrade Mode. The Led was frozen to
red and nothing happened anymore....
