I do not see any evidence above that UEFI was involved. (But I've never dealt with a KHADAS EDGE V.) Looks like an attempted "uboot" based boot to me. You may need to give a lot more detail about how you have things set up, possibly for both a working U-Boot (if you have such a context) and for what you did to configure for UEFI, providing for a compare/contrast inspection. I have no clue what you installed that was a UEFI or where/how it was installed or how the system was told to try to put it to use.
