A more normal time is (started 2025-Mar-11
using pkg 2.0.6):

Queued: 36446
Built: 34853
Failed: 174
Skipped: 427
Ignored: 1012
Fetched: 0

Elapsed: 163:20:35 (so: a little over 6.8 days)
Pkg/Hour: 215

Status: done:

So a little over a factor of 3.11

beefy18's main-amd64 had a similar ratio for
pkg 2.1.0 vs. 2.0.6:

287:14:05 / 96:28:10 is a little under 2.98

Note: main-* take longer, with a larger ratio,
apparently because of using of a debug 15000??
kernel, unlike an apparently non-debug 15000??
kernel being used for 14* and 13* builds.

There is a ports-mgmt/pkg-devel improvement that
has had an exp-run. It will be to see how that
goes once a ports-mgmt/pkg update is in place.
