thanks for reporting this, but I can't reproduce this without more info.
I'm closing this for the moment, but please re-open if you can reproduce it
with specific shape & config.

As we now have FreeBSD images in the Oracle Marketplace, can you please
check using those and report back *specifically* what shape/config/tunables
gives this issue.
